We were listening for sirens while on our way to Breakfast in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin in witch Wisconsin runs their siren test on the first Monday of every month at 11am. in this region of the state anyway, from other siren videos I viewed from Wisconsin, the State seams to be divided as far as siren testing but don't quote me on it.
